New tracker control RPU 1500
The RPU 1500 device is equipped with an innovative system capable of self-powering with direct current, deriving from the photovoltaic string.
This allows the tracker to work even in the event of a network failure or during system maintenance.
This new system, in addition to ensuring the continuous functionality of the tracker, allows for freeing up space on its radiating surface and obtaining greater protection from the elements.

Slewing drive
Slewing drive are special components made of cylindrical gears with straight teeth for the transmission of motion and power. Their function in solar trackers is of fundamental importance, as it has the task of supporting, rotating the axis, and blocking its working position in opposition to wind and snow.
Its movement is driven by a 24 V electric motor controlled by the Solar Tracker RPU 1500 which in turn receives the command signal from the Control box, thus ensuring the perpendicularity of the photovoltaic modules to the sun with maximum precision.

Bearing
